    The main drive of the machine tool is powered by an AC frequency conversion motor and can achieve stepless speed regulation of the worktable through a two-speed mechanism. By operating at low frequencies, it can also save more than 30% of electricity and improve energy utilization efficiency.
    The main spindle of the worktable adopts a high-precision adjustable radial gap double-row short cylindrical roller bearing for centering, and the axial part adopts a constant-flow hydrostatic guide rail. In addition, the guide rail material is wear-resistant and heat-resistant alloy. These designs ensure the high-precision rotation, large load capacity, and minimal thermal deformation of the worktable, ensuring processing accuracy and stability.
    The vertical tool holder adopts a square pillow structure and is equipped with a four-sided tool holder. Both tool holders are equipped with a hydraulic balance system, making tool installation and adjustment more convenient and stable. In addition, the horizontal and vertical movements of the vertical tool holder are driven by AC synchronous motors, using rolling screw transmission to achieve tool holder feed and rapid movement.
    In order to improve the wear resistance and service life of the guide rails, the main guide rail surface of the machine tool undergoes ultrasonic frequency quenching treatment. This treatment technology can increase the surface hardness of the guide rails, improve their wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and extend their service life.
    Finally, the machine tool can be customized with a special side tool holder according to user requirements to adapt to different processing needs. This enhances the machine tool's flexibility and application range, meeting various specific processing requirements.
