    This series of ordinary single column vertical lathe adopts advanced design and manufacturing technology at home and abroad to provide users with high performance and high precision machining capabilities. Specific features include:
    Wide range of application: suitable for processing dry hard calendar alloy, ceramics and other tools, and can be used for black metal, non-ferrous metal and some non-metallic parts of the inner and outer cylinder, inner and outer conical surface, end face, grooving, cutting and other rough machining and finishing.
    The main transmission is driven by AC variable frequency motor: the stepless speed control table is realized through the two-speed transmission mechanism. At low frequency operation, it can also save more than 30% of electric energy and improve the energy utilization efficiency of the machine tool.
    The spindle of the table is centered by double-row short circular roller bearing with high precision adjustable radial clearance, and the axial direction is guided by constant current static pressure. The guide rail material is wear-resistant and heat-resistant alloy, which makes the workbench with high rotation accuracy, large load capacity and small thermal deformation characteristics, to ensure the accuracy and stability of processing.
    The vertical tool rest adopts T-shaped ram or square ram structure, and is equipped with CNC tool table, pentagon tool table or square tool table. The side tool holder is also equipped with a square tool table, and the double tool holder adopts a hydraulic balance system, which improves the cutting stability and processing efficiency of the workbench.
    The horizontal and vertical movement of the vertical tool holder is driven by AC servo motor and driven by rolling screw, which can achieve accurate feed and rapid movement of the tool holder, and improve the speed and effect of processing.
    The main guide rail surface of the machine tool is treated by ultrasonic frequency fire, which improves the wear resistance of the guide rail and prolonging the service life.
    According to the needs of users, the side tool holder can be customized according to the special order requirements to meet the personalized requirements of different processing needs.
