CK52 series CNC double column vertical lathe

This series of machine tools adopts advanced design and manufacturing technology from domestic and foreign sources and is a CNC double-column vertical lathe. Using this machine tool, rough and finish machining of hard alloy, ceramics, and other tools can be achieved. It is suitable for the machining of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, internal and external conical surfaces, internal and external spherical surfaces, end faces, grooving, threads, and rotating surfaces of black metal, non-ferrous metal, and some non-metallic parts.

Using this machine tool, rough and finish machining of hard alloy, ceramics, and other tools can be achieved. It is suitable for the machining of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, internal and external conical surfaces, internal and external spherical surfaces, end faces, grooving, threads, and rotating surfaces of black metal, non-ferrous metal, and some non-metallic parts.
    2. The main drive of the machine tool adopts AC variable frequency motor through a two-stage speed-changing mechanism, which can achieve continuous speed range adjustment of the worktable. When operating at low frequency, it can also achieve more than 30% energy saving.
    3. The worktable adopts a thermal symmetric structure, and the main spindle adopts high-precision adjustable radial clearance double-row short cylindrical roller bearing centering. At the same time, the axial direction adopts a constant flow hydrostatic guide rail and is equipped with an oil temperature cooling device. These designs enable the worktable to have high rotational accuracy, large carrying capacity, and minimal thermal deformation.
    4. The feed system of the machine tool adopts AC servo motor directly driving the ball screw, which can achieve the feeding and rapid movement of the tool holder.
    5. The vertical tool holder horizontal and vertical guide rails adopt linear bidirectional rolling guide rail, hydrostatic guide rail, rolling-sliding compound guide rail, and sliding guide rail to ensure the stability and accuracy of the worktable movement.
    6. According to customer requirements, the machine tool can be equipped with a suitable CNC system to meet different processing requirements.
    7. According to the specific needs of users, additional options such as tool magazines, in-machine tool setting devices, milling functions, worktable indexing and feed functions, grinding functions, and cooling devices can be provided.
